We gladly accept returns of full-price items, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and that a return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery. Please note items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All returned items must be in pristine condition — unworn, undamaged, and including all original elements such as boxes, dust bags, and tags. Items that arrive damaged, used, or outside of their original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

Esthera reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet our return guidelines. If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to the sender at their expense, and no refund will be processed. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once the return has been received and approved by our team. 

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. However, this fee is waived for exchanges.
